The Think Tank School is a programme that empowers young think tankers to further develop their skills and expand their network in the German and international policy community. You have been working in the science department of a think tank for 2 to 5 years and are interested in participating in this exciting learning experience? Then apply now until 27 March!

What awaits you as a participant?

The Think Tank School consists of four training modules with the topics:

  • Think tanks & human-centered policy design
  • Think tank services & products
  • Study trip to Brussels to network with EU policymakers
  • Public speaking & evaluation

In between training sessions you will receive peer coaching and participate in community calls to work on your own policy project.


Who can participate?

The programme is aimed at employees of think tanks based in Germany who have been working in the research department for 2 to 4 years. Career changers are also welcome.
